| We installed the system in November of 1999 and I can't imagine life without it. Before the installation, we would have to keep it very cold downstairs just to have it be tolerable upstairs. It was always warm upstairs and cold downstairs and the cause of many arguments, since I was always turning the thermostat up when my husband wasn't looking. ?We also had college age kids with bedrooms upstairs at the time, which just added to the problem. Arzel Zoning has been great for us and a definite solution to an ongoing problem. Thanks Arzel!

Our entire home was simply unbearable in the dog days of summer or the dead of winter before we got our Arzel zoning system installed. Now it doesn't matter if it's 95 degrees outside in the shade or if we see sub-zero temperatures, our home is perfectly comfortable. Arzel zoning has improved the quality of our life at home.

Two years ago when putting a 750 square foot addition on our home we were faced with the question of adding a second furnace or, as Strongsville Heating suggested, putting in an Arzel Zoning system. We choose the zoning and we are pleased we did. Our house, for the first time in 25 years, is evenly heating and cooled, and, amazingly enough, we added 750 square feet of vaulted space without increasing our costs of heating and cooling. Great system I have recommended it to my friends.

| Now that I have an Arzel Zoning System installed in my house, it is making my seven year old system behave like new. It doesn’t take all day to fulfill the temperature setting and it smoothly deliveres the right conditioning to the right space all of the time.

Until it was installed, I would not have believed an Arzel Zoning System could have improved the comfort level in our home. Having built a new home in 1993 using a state of the art geothermal heating system, I thought we had the best. When we decided to finish the basement, I spoke with a heating contractor who recommended your system. Now family and guests can set their own comfort level for the upstairs bedrooms without affecting anyone on the first floor or basement. The added flexibility and increased comfort provided by the Arzel system is beyond expectations. I would strongly recommend your system to anyone. Thank you for making a great product.
